Is Trusted IT Firms free?
Yes. Searching the directory and contacting companies is free for clients, and IT companies can create and publish a profile for free.
How are companies checked?
Every new listing is reviewed by our editors before it goes live. Companies whose website and email match get a Verified badge, and client reviews are moderated before they show.
How do I contact a company?
Open the company profile and use the enquiry form at the bottom. Your message is emailed straight to the company, so they can reply to you directly.
How is the order of companies decided?
Results are ordered by our editors' ranking, then featured companies, then profile score (how complete and well reviewed the profile is) and finally by the newest listings.
How do I list my company?
Create a free account, fill in your company profile with your services, technologies, location and past projects, and submit it. Most listings are reviewed within two business days.
What is the profile score?
A number from 1 to 100 that reflects how complete, current and well reviewed a profile is. Members see what to improve on their dashboard.
How do badges work?
Our editors award badges such as Top 10, Top Rated, Verified and Featured company of the month. Badge holders can embed the badge on their own website.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. If you used to sign in with Google on the old site, use the same link to set a password for your account.
