This policy explains what personal data Trusted IT Firms collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, phone and password (stored as a one-way hash) when you create a member account.
• Listing data: the company information you publish on your profile.
• Enquiries: the name, email, phone and message you send to a company through its profile. We forward it to that company and keep a copy so we can prevent abuse.
• Reviews: your name, email (never shown) and review text.
• Usage data: pages viewed and an anonymised IP address, used for statistics and security.

How we use it

To run the directory, deliver enquiries, moderate content, keep the service secure and, if you agree, send you occasional updates. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can update your account at any time from your dashboard, or contact us to export or delete your data.
