Questions about plans
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Every company account starts on the free plan with no card needed. You can list up to two companies (websites), get reviews and receive enquiries for as long as you like.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from Account, Plan & billing. When you move from one yearly plan to another, the unused part of your current plan is taken off the price. You can also move back to the free plan whenever you want.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Yearly plans never charge you automatically. We email you 14 days and 3 days before your plan ends, and renewing early adds a full year to your current end date.
What happens to my listings if my plan ends?
They stay live. Your account moves to the free plan, the paid extras (followed link and plan verification) are paused, and you cannot add listings above the free limit until you renew.
How do I pay?
In Indian rupees through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) or in US dollars through PayPal (PayPal balance or card). You pay on the provider's secure page; we never see your card details.
How does verification work?
Plans with verification skip the website badge step: your listing goes straight to our editors, who confirm the company, website and email domain, usually within two business days.
What is the guest post?
An article you write for our blog, with a link to your website. Our editors review it for quality and may suggest changes before it is published. If we cannot accept it, the credit goes back to your account.
Will a followed link or guest post improve my Google ranking?
It can help people and search engines find you, but nobody can promise rankings. We never guarantee positions or traffic, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. A receipt is emailed after every payment, and you can open or print every invoice from Account, Plan & billing. Add your company name and tax number at checkout to have them on the invoice.
